6.Wear gloves to protect your hands from the cold weather. Make sure to choose gloves of good material so that you are saved from skin irritation. Keep your hands warm, so that the skin does not come off due to extreme cold weather.

7.Take a good oil bath once every week during winter. This will help you to relax. You can even try adding a few drops of jojoba oil, almond oil or rose water to the bath water. This will help your skin to relax and you will certainly feel refreshed.
